    About Us

    Welcome to the Home of Tunbridge Wells Glass Works.
    Tunbridge Wells Glass Works is a family run business that was established in 1949. In the aftermath of the Second World War Colin and Stella Hamilton built the company from nothing at our previous premises at Golding Street, now the site of the Victoria shopping centre. In 1981 the premises were moved to our current site at Tunnel Road. Since then ownership has moved on to the next two generations of the family.

    In an industry where companies come and go we have endeavoured to maintain a friendly, professional service that we think gives our customers confidence in our work and hopefully to come back. Most of our staff have been with us for years, and so have the necessary skills to carry out work in a range of fields, from restoration work to up to date technology. Returning customers often request the staff that previously worked on their property because of the service they have received.
